Infiniti EX35 Recall (Air bag)
This should have been taken care of by the dealership for any vehicles sitting on the lot but since it is a safety issue I thought I'd post it for those of you who were the first to buy an EX35 when they first hit the streets.

Due to incorrect software programming, the air bag control unit (ACU) may cause the passenger air bag not to operate as designed if the vehicle battery becomes significantly discharged.
