Audio hookup

I did not get the tech package and I don't own an ipod. I do have a pocket PC with memory card that I use as a MP3 player. Is there a method/adaptor to hook this to the car audio system? I also have a cell phone MP3 player and wonder if I could use bluetooth to get music into the system too? Too bad I can't SYNC it like my CPU.

Look in the centre console. If you have 3 RCA input jacks [red, white, yellow] for [audio-R, audio-L, video], then you can plug in any MP3 player usng an adapter from the mini-stereo of the headphone output jack on the player, to the RCA connectors. You can sometimes get these adapter cables at the dollar store.

To play from the source plugged into the RCA jacks, select the device named AUX. (see p4-68 of manual)

You can even watch videos this way as long as the vehicle is stopped and the parking brake is set.

dividedhighw,

You just answered a question that the sales rep and infiniti customer service could not answer.

I will try to hook things up as soon as I find an adapter to connect from my headphone jack to the split audio lines.

OK, I just ordered a 3.5mm (1/8") jack to RCA outputs from Amazon that should work. I'll post again later.
