Battery Issues

Hello Folks,

I recently purchased an 2008 EX35 with 20,000 miles on it. Two weeks after purchase it would not start I took the car to my local dealer to have it fully serviced. I was told it was in great shape and could not give me a reason why it would not start and told me the battery did NOT need replacing. I have now had the car 3 months and have had to have it "jumped started 4 times".

This is mading has anyone else had this issue?

I am having the same problem with my 2 month old 2010 EX35. If you even leave a cell phone charging and turn the motor off for 45 minutes, the battery drains to dead, and you must call a tow truck for a boost. This has happened 4 times in 8 weeks. Even at the Kelowna dealership they left the door open for an hour while working on it and the battery went dead. and got dead battery.
they tested the battery, alternator and the whole vehicle for two full days and tell me there is nothing wrong with it.
