This is mading has anyone else had this issue?

I am having the same problem with my 2 month old 2010 EX35. If you even leave a cell phone charging and turn the motor off for 45 minutes, the battery drains to dead, and you must call a tow truck for a boost. This has happened 4 times in 8 weeks. Even at the Kelowna dealership they left the door open for an hour while working on it and the battery went dead. and got dead battery.
they tested the battery, alternator and the whole vehicle for two full days and tell me there is nothing wrong with it.
